Working together.
A physiotherapist and a cricket strength & conditioning coach, connecting your injury rehab to your training and return to the game.
Getting back to cricket takes more than waiting for pain to settle.
It takes a plan that connects your injury, your gym work, your running and your cricket load. One that makes the next step clear and adapts as your capacity changes.
HPC Rehab brings Brandon’s clinical reasoning and Jason’s cricket coaching together. Your physiotherapist leads the clinical decisions; your coach helps translate the plan into training and performance.
